Mission

The mission of the Digital Ads Coordinator is to monitor, deploy and grow the digital ads program under the umbrella of the digital team and in coordination of TFL Content and Communication departments. The Digital Ads Coordinator will also be responsible for determining where to invest promotional funds, coordinating the schedule with related departments, and analyzing and reporting response performance. This position is essential to the ongoing ministry of Truth For Life, providing Bible teaching to as wide an audience as possible.

  • Provide and serve our donors with self-service account tools and programs with a careful focus on excellent user experience
  • Acquire new names and assist them in the process of becoming regular listeners, donors, and Truthpartners
  • Intentionally grow our content reach in digital spaces
  • Serve the Customer Service, Marketing, Stations, Content and IT departments with their digital communication needs

Responsibilities

Become the Digital Communication team subject matter expert (SME) for advertising via AdEspresso, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Studio Enterprise and other required platforms

Spend TFL ad dollars wisely while seeking both new names and product promotion within desired cost ranges

Increase the complexity of TFL’s ad strategy and seek to expand into other channels in a cost-effective and mission-minded manner

Continually expand Organic reach and platforms through SEO knowledge, Google ranking and tools such as SEM Rush

Track the name acquisition process throughout its lifespan and regularly report related metrics showing current status and progress in improving digital ad effectiveness

Develop a robust ad production and development process including a/b testing, key audience identification, monitoring and more.

Effectively manages other projects as assigned

Support ministry-wide initiatives as outlined in the One Page Strategic Plan
